As our products are handmade in small batches, there may be slight variation in colour, weight, fragrance and, or packaging. Pricing

All of our prices are quoted in Euro. We reserve the right to change our pricing without prior notice – however, this will not affect products already ordered before the price change has occurred.

Shipping

We are currently shipping via An Post and we ask that you allow 2-3 working days for dispatch followed by 2-5 working days for delivery – however, we endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours where possible. we cannot accept responsibility for any delays that occur during shipping as once the products have been shipped, this is out of our control.

We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing/have not been collected during the shipping period. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable/not collected, then we cannot be held responsible for costs involved in reshipping the order. The cost of reshipping will be incurred by the customer.

Cancellations

We allow a 7 day cooling off period, during which you may cancel your order with us and receive a full refund. Please contact us at info@theerinsoapco.ie if you wish to cancel your order.

However, as we do our utmost to ship orders within 24 hours, your order may already be on its way to you prior to you cancelling the order. In this instance, please return the order unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. Once we have received the order in this manner we will issue a full refund within 7 days. The cost of returning an order that has already been shipped will fall to you, the customer.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide information when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. The information that we collect will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications 2003. Sale of Products

All products offered for sale by The Erin Soap CO are produced within the current EU cosmetics legislation (Directive 1223/2009). The customer, by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions at the time of placing an order with us, agrees that this contract is governed by the laws of Ireland and the laws if the European Union applicable therein.
